Over the summer holidays there will be a room at Dice Saloon that will be taken over by Paul to assist you in Board Game Design! We'll be littering the tables with blank cards, dice, playing boards and as many spare pieces we can lay our hands on, breaking out the sharpies and getting to work.
We'll have a big pile of games for you to look through and get inspired by, a room full of other creators you can bounce ideas off, and all the materials you'll need to turn your ideas into your very own board game.
We'll be running three sessions on 3 Tuesdays in the holidays: 30th July, 6th August and 13th August.
This group will be run by Paul Stapleton, plus a couple of his board game buddies who are very knowledgeable about all things tabletop. Paul has been designing games for 7 years, and have so far he has self-published the Brighton themed games BN1 and ZomBN1. His next game, Paupers' Ladder, is coming out next month!
The sessions for board game design are totally free as Paul and Dice Saloon want to encourage creativity!
Donations are accepted though to help support Paul and his assistants and to help get more, better components to make board games with!
