A ticket for X-Wing Store Championship 2023The Dice Saloon is proud to announce our next X-Wing Tournament - Saturday, August 19, starting at 10am

The Tournament
This tournament will be an official AMG event
Tournaments at this level are welcoming to all players, regardless of experience level.
Players are encouraged to help each other improve and learn, so long as it does not significantly disrupt the game.
The focus is on creating a fun and friendly environment
This will be a Standard event using the 2.5 ruleset for this event.
The standard tournament scoring system will be used.
Win 3 point
Loss 0 points
Draw 1 points
We will be doing Swiss rounds (number of rounds determined by amount of players) with a cut to top 4
We are limiting the event to 16 players initially, but have room to grow if we sell out quickly.
We will be using Roll Better to run the event, and we request that you register your list beforehand. The event link will be in the event page closer to the date, but you can register with Roll Better here: https://rollbetter.gg/
On the day, please bring two physical copies of your squad list. One for the TO and another for your opponent.
Players will also require all tokens, templates and cards they will need during the day. Proxies are not allowed.
This event will be comprised of 75-minute rounds of swiss pairing,

The expected schedule for this event is as follows:
10:00 - 10:30 Sign in.
10:45 - 11:00 Announcement of 1st round pairings and set up time.
11:00 Round 1 starts
Break for lunch after round 2

Dice Saloon’s cafe carries a range of drinks, snacks, sandwiches and other refreshments.
We ask that no outside food and drink be brought into the building. Any dietary requirements? Please inform us and we can make exceptions.

There is plenty of parking spaces nearby (though at a cost)
The Vantage Point car park is available all day at ~£2/hr
The London Road car park is a 2-minute walk away at more reasonable prices (Check the Brighton & Hove website for details)
